These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, booking platform, and services (“Platform”) provided by NextDay Haul, www.nextdayhaul.com, or Teamsuite, LLC. (“NextDay Haul,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Platform or Services, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE OUR PLATFORM OR SERVICES.
THESE TERMS CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE, CLASS ACTION WAIVER, AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER THAT AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS.
1. Our Services
NextDay Haul connects customers with junk removal, hauling, and related disposal services via independent third-party providers (“Service Providers”). We operate as a technology and logistics company—not as a licensed waste hauler or disposal facility.
2. Role as Broker
By placing an order through our Platform, you understand that NextDay Haul acts as a booking agent and is not the party performing the actual Services. You agree to hold us harmless for any acts or omissions by Service Providers.

All content, branding, and materials on our Platform are the property of NextDay Haul or its licensors. You do not acquire any ownership or license rights beyond the limited license granted above.
7. Booking & Payment
You must provide accurate contact, service address, and payment information to place an order. We may use third-party payment processors and reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.
8. Pricing
Prices are based on item type, volume, labor, location, and accessibility. Additional charges may apply if on-site conditions differ from those described at the time of booking. You authorize us to adjust the final price accordingly and charge the card on file.
9. Credit Card Authorization
By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your credit/debit card for the quoted and any additional approved charges for Services rendered.
10. Rescheduling, Cancellation & Fees
Reschedule: Free at any time via your confirmation email link.
Cancellation before service day: 20% fee deducted from your payment.
Cancellation on service day or after rescheduling: 50% fee.
No-show fee: Applies if you are not present during a required service window.
11. Refund Policy
Partial refunds may be issued for changes in service scope prior to completion. To request a refund or raise a service issue, contact support@nextdayhaul.com within 24 hours of the service start time. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
12. Service Conditions
You are responsible for ensuring all items are safely accessible and do not require demolition, disassembly, or structural alterations. Service Providers may refuse removal if conditions pose safety or health risks.
13. Refusal of Service
We or our Service Providers may cancel or refuse service at any time, including due to:
Infestations;
Unsafe, unsanitary, or inaccessible locations;
Hazardous materials;
Customer conduct that endangers staff or property.
14. Disposal Practices
We encourage recycling and donation, but make no guarantees as to how items will be disposed of, as that is determined by the Service Provider based on logistics, condition, and availability.
15. Claims & Liability
ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF SERVICE. Email support@nextdayhaul.com with order details, a description of the issue, and relevant photos. Claims are subject to our review and must be resolved directly with the Service Provider when applicable.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextDay Haul shall not be liable for:
Lost profits or indirect damages;
Damages exceeding $500 or the cost of the disputed service, whichever is less;
Any damages resulting from circumstances outside our control.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold NextDay Haul and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Platform or Services or your violation of these Terms.
18. Account Management
If you create an account, you agree to keep your credentials secure and remain responsible for all activity under your account.

We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any third-party websites linked from our Platform.
20. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
You agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. Claims may be brought in small claims court if appropriate. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this provision.
21. Class Action & Jury Trial Waiver
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action or jury trial related to any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
23. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
